The Team and Role

To continue shaping the future of healthcare, we are looking for a (Senior) UX/UI Designer (all genders) to join our product team as a key contributor. In this role, you’ll conceptualize, design, and implement intuitive, elegant, and user-centered digital solutions for hospitals and care providers.

Working closely with developers, product managers, and medical experts, you’ll help craft products our users love — and make a real impact on how healthcare is delivered across Germany and beyond.

Your Responsibilities

Design user-centric UX/UI solutions based on user needs, business goals, tests, and personal insight
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and medical professionals to iterate and implement outstanding software
Develop hypotheses for product improvements and innovations and validate them through prototypes, user testing, and surveys
Ensure consistency through the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and reusable components
Continuously improve our design processes and tools to help us deliver best-in-class user experiences

Your Qualifications

Relevant professional experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio of successful projects
Degree in design, communication sciences, or a comparable field
Strong proficiency with modern UX design methods, tools, and frameworks
Passion for building state-of-the-art products that customers genuinely enjoy using
Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and impact
Fluency in German and/or English
