About this role

Our mission at Avelios is to build the leading software platform for the data-driven digitization of hospitals and patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care.

To continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a (Senior) UX/UI Designer (all genders) to be an integral part of our product team and help us conceptualize, design and implement products our users love.

Your Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design user-centric UX/UI solutions based on customer needs, business requirements, user tests and own experience
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
Work closely with our product managers, developers and medical experts to iteratively develop and implement software our user love
Create hypotheses about product improvements and innovations & refine and verify them with prototypes, user tests and surveys
Ensure we develop and maintain consistent style guides, design systems and design patterns
Help to continuously improve our design processes & tooling to deliver best-in-class products

Your Qualifications

Relevant work experience in the area of UX/UI design incl. reference projects
Successfully completed studies in a design field, communication sciences or a comparable qualification
Strong knowledge of the latest methods and tools for UX design and current design frameworks
Passion to build state-of-the-art products that customers love
Solution-oriented mindset & focus on getting things done
Fluency in German and/or English
