Whether you're a seasoned expert or a rising star looking for new challenges, to continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a Clinical Project Manager to work closely with our customers and ensure a successful customer relationship throughout the entire customer lifetime. 
Your Responsibilities
  • Be in charge of leading different customer projects to successfully implement our software at hospitals  
  • Work closely with our sales, product and engineering teams to ensure a successful project implementation and continuous customer success 
  • Manage and document projects across the entire lifecycle from initial planning to successful handover to customers with a close eye on project results and timelines 
  • Gather requirements from all project stakeholders to deliver effective results and identify and mitigate potential risks 
  • Help to continuously improve internal processes & tooling to ensure efficient and successful customer projects and play an active role in the growth of our project team  
  • Visualize and present key performance metrics to customers to build a success story and convey the value propositions that ensure customer satisfaction
Your Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in Project Management, ideally as a Project Manager for B2B software solutions in the healthcare sector
  • You have either completed medical studies or already successfully implemented HIS systems
  • Work experience in hospitals are beneficial 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with different internal and external stakeholders 
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way 
  • Solution-oriented mindset and independent and self-structured way of working 
  • Excellent oral and written communication in German and ideally also in English
