The Team and Role
We’re seeking a Clinical Project Manager (all genders) to lead software implementation projects with our hospital clients. In this role, you’ll serve as the bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that projects run smoothly, on time, and deliver real value to clinical users. You’ll be key in turning great technology into real-world success stories.
Your Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple customer projects to implement our software solution in hospitals
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution and lasting customer success
  • Manage and document the full project lifecycle from initial planning through go-live and post-implementation support
  • Collect and align requirements from all project stakeholders, anticipate risks, and proactively ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Continuously improve internal processes and tools to enhance efficiency and scale project success
  • Present key performance metrics to clients and communicate the value delivered to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction
Your Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in project management, ideally in B2B software implementation in the healthcare sector
  • Background in medical studies or hands-on experience with HIS (Hospital Information System) implementation
  • Prior work experience in hospital settings is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholder groups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present complex topics in a clear and structured manner
  • Independent, self-organized, and solution-oriented work style
  • Fluency in German, and ideally strong proficiency in English
