To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. Whether you're a seasoned expert or a rising star looking for new challenges, to continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a Project Manager to work closely with our customers and ensure a successful customer relationship throughout the entire customer lifetime.

Your Responsibilities

Be in charge of leading different customer projects to successfully implement our software at hospitals
Work closely with our sales, product and engineering teams to ensure a successful project implementation and continuous customer success
Manage and document projects across the entire lifecycle from initial planning to successful handover to customers with a close eye on project results and timelines
Gather requirements from all project stakeholders to deliver effective results and identify and mitigate potential risks
Help to continuously improve internal processes & tooling to ensure efficient and successful customer projects and play an active role in the growth of our project team
Visualize and present key performance metrics to customers to build a success story and convey the value propositions that ensure customer satisfaction

Your Qualifications

Relevant experience in Project Management, ideally as a Project Manager for B2B software solutions in the healthcare sector or consulting other healthcare projects
Successfully completed business, medical or technical studies
Ability to manage multiple projects with different internal and external stakeholders
Very good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
Solution-oriented mindset and independent and self-structured way of working
Excellent oral and written communication in German and ideally also in English
