The Team and Role
As a (Senior) Medical Manager (all genders), you will play a key role in bridging medical expertise with software development. You’ll lead the medical content and process side of our product, ensuring it reflects real clinical needs and delivers genuine value to our users. Working at the intersection of medicine, product, and tech, you'll be shaping a platform that is both medically precise and operationally impactful.
Your Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate clinical user needs and validate new product ideas with a strong focus on real-world impact
  • Own and manage the creation and quality of all medical content within our software
  • Collect, assess, and translate medical, functional, and regulatory requirements for new and existing modules
  • Analyze hospital workflows and software systems to uncover and implement optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define concrete features and help drive the roadmap
  • Lead and coordinate working students in the medical team and ensure team-wide alignment
  • Work with internal stakeholders to clearly define the clinical value of new product features
Your Qualifications
  • Medical degree and hands-on experience working in hospitals
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • Enthusiasm for healthcare digitalization and openness to technological innovation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; team-first mindset
  • Experience or interest in interdisciplinary work involving product and engineering
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach with a drive to execute
  • Solid work ethic and a passion for continuous learning
  • Fluency in German and English
