About this role

Our mission at Avelios is to build the leading software platform for the data-driven digitization of hospitals and patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care.

To continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a Working Student Entrepreneurship to support our operations and important strategic projects in collaboration with our Co-Founders.

Your Responsibilities

Work with our Co-Founders to support them operationally and organizationally
Support strategic and operational projects with different scopes or topics
Help with improving internal processes & tooling to ensure efficient operations
Support in the creation of strategic presentations and investor or partner documents
Conduct analyses and support the development of our growth strategy
Support hiring efforts and work with our management to identify potential candidates

Your Qualifications

Studies at a top university in business or a related field
Experience regarding project management and/or operations, ideally in a startup, consulting firm or a similar dynamic environment
Structured way of working, organizational talent and a very independent working style
Strong skills in all common office programs
Solid work ethic and eagerness to continuously learn
Excellent communication skills in German and/or English
