About this role

Our mission at Avelios is to build the leading software platform for the data-driven digitization of hospitals and patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care.

To continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a Working Student Product Management to support our cross-functional team of medical experts and software engineers in developing a great product our users love.

Your Responsibilities

Be part of a cross-functional product team of software engineers, medical experts and designers
Support in managing our product backlog and defining and clarifying requirements based on customer needs, business goals and regulatory requirements
Work together with the medical team to understand customer needs and iterate product ideas, prototypes and requirements
Work with software engineers to drive day-to-day product development and ensure regular, reliable, and high-quality releases
Support backlog refinement meetings, planning and retrospective sessions
Develop and maintain deep knowledge of our customers

Your Qualifications

Studies in a business or technology-related field, or another subject as long as you have the required skills for the job
Experience working in agile product teams and/or with agile methods and tools
You are a team player with strong communication and planning skills and enjoy working with engineers to solve complex problems
You are passionate about building state-of-the-art digital health products
Solid work ethic and eagerness to continuously learn
Fluency in German (C1) and English
