About this role

Our mission at Avelios is to build the leading software platform for the data-driven digitization of hospitals and patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care.

To continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a Head of Product to lead our product function and help us to continuously push our product roadmap and develop a great product our users love.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and grow our product team, identifying, mentoring and recruiting exceptional talent
Break down our product vision into a prioritized roadmap, considering technical constraints, business requirements, and market demands and make sure we deliver on it
Work closely with Engineering leads to drive day-to-day product development and ensure regular, reliable, and high-quality releases
Foster a product management culture that is innovative, collaborative and focused on our customers and company mission
Establish and continuously improve internal processes & tooling to ensure efficient operations
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical, Tech und Customer Success/Sales, to document detailed product requirements
Evaluate product- and market-specific trends & maintain deep knowledge of our customers, usage data and business

Your Qualifications

Seeking exceptional candidates with successfully completed studies in a business or technology-related field
Relevant work experience in leading product management teams. Ideally at another startup and/or B2B software company
Proven ability to define a clear vision and roadmap that is challenging, but achievable, motivating to your team and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
You are passionate about building state-of-the-art digital health products
Solution-oriented mindset & focus on getting things done
Excellent oral and written communication in German and English
