The Team and Role
In this role as a (Senior) Product Manager (all genders), you’ll take ownership of one of our core product areas, working closely with engineers and medical experts to build solutions that matter. You will drive the roadmap from concept to launch, balancing clinical realities, technical feasibility, and business goals. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where product thinking meets digital transformation in healthcare.
Your Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional product team consisting of engineers and medical professionals
  • Translate business needs and customer insights into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment
  • Collaborate daily with developers to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality, high-impact releases
  • Break down the product vision into a strategic, technically informed roadmap and ensure timely execution
  • Continuously refine internal processes and tools to optimize team effectiveness
  • Conduct competitive and market research to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for innovation
Your Qualifications
  • Successfully completed degree in a business or technology-related field
  • Relevant experience in product management, ideally in a startup or B2B software environment
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a structured problem-solving approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of translating complexity into clarity
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and align diverse stakeholders
  • Passion for building intuitive, modern digital products that improve healthcare
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
