Das Team und deine Rolle

Als Werkstudent:in Finance wirst du Teil unseres wachsenden Finance-Teams und gestaltest aktiv mit, wie wir unsere Finanzarbeit strukturieren, automatisieren und skalierbar machen. Du arbeitest mit Finanzdaten, übernimmst operative Aufgaben und wirkst an der Einführung neuer Tools und Prozesse mit – immer dort, wo du echten Mehrwert schaffen kannst.

Deine Aufgaben

Strukturierung und Pflege von Finanzdaten als Grundlage für Analysen und Entscheidungen
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Rechnungen sowie im Ausgaben- und Dokumentationsprozess
Vorbereitung und Weiterentwicklung interner Reportings und Auswertungen
Mitarbeit an der Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen
Beteiligung an der Auswahl und Einführung neuer Finance-Tools

Deine Qualifikationen

Laufendes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Finance
Erste praktische Erfahrung, z. B. im Finanzbereich eines Start-Ups oder Konzerns, im Management Consulting oder im Audit
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse – Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Abläufen oder im Umgang mit BI-Tools ist ein Plus
Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

The Team and Role

As a Working Student in Finance, you’ll become part of our growing finance team and actively contribute to structuring, automating, and scaling our financial operations. You’ll work with financial data, take on operational tasks, and support the implementation of new tools and processes – wherever you can create real value, both operationally and systematically.

Your Responsibilities

Structure and maintain financial data as a foundation for analysis and decision-making
Prepare and further develop internal reports and financial analyses
Support invoice creation and assist with expense tracking and documentation processes
Contribute to the automation of recurring workflows
Support the selection and implementation of new finance tools and systems

Your Qualifications

Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
Initial practical experience, e.g. in management consulting, auditing, or the finance department of a startup or corporation
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with workflow automation or BI tools is a plus
Independent, structured work style and high attention to detail
Fluency in German and solid English skills
