Unsere Mission bei Avelios ist es, die führende Softwareplattform für die datengetriebene Digitalisierung von Krankenhäusern und der Patientenversorgung zu schaffen. Dazu haben wir eine modulare Softwareplattform entwickelt, die Arbeitsabläufe in Krankenhäusern mit modernster Technologie auf benutzerfreundliche Weise digitalisiert und optimiert. Mit unserer Software versetzen wir Krankenhäuser und Ärzte in die Lage, ihren Patienten die bestmögliche Versorgung zukommen zu lassen.

Um die Zukunft des Gesundheitswesens weiter zu gestalten, suchen wir einen Internal Auditor (all genders). In der Rolle wirkst du aktiv daran mit, die Zukunft des Gesundheitswesens mitzugestalten, indem du dich um die Bearbeitung und Einhaltung von Zertifizierungen von Avelios Medical kümmerst.

Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst den selbstständigen Einkauf sowie die Planung und Durchführung strategischer Zertifizierungen (MDR, BSI C5, ISO,...)
Du kümmerst dich um die rechtssichere Konfiguration des kundenseitigen IT-Angebots in Abstimmung mit unseren Technologiepartnern (z.B. Google)
Du definierst interne Guidelines und Controls zur Sicherstellung konformer Prozessabläufe mit unseren Geschäftsführern
Du berätst unser Produkt- und Projektmanagement in rechtlichen Fragestellungen

Deine Qualifikationen

Du hast bereits Erfahrungen z.B. als IT-Projektmanager oder Medizintechniker gesammelt oder einen Background in Jura, Legal oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
Du hast bereits erfolgreich Zertifizierungen für Unternehmen umgesetzt und kennst dich gut mit den jeweiligen Anforderungen aus
Du hast eine gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, bist detailorientiert und bringst Flexibilität mit
Du hast fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

About this role

Our mission at Avelios is to build the leading software platform for the data-driven digitization of hospitals and patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care.

To continue shaping the future of healthcare, we are looking for a Medical Certification Coordinator (all genders). In this role, you will actively contribute to shaping the future of healthcare by handling the processing and compliance of Avelios Medical certifications.

Your Responsibilities

You will independently manage the procurement, planning, and execution of strategic certifications (e.g., MDR, BSI C5, ISO, etc.)
You will ensure the legally compliant configuration of the client’s IT offering in coordination with our technology partners (e.g., Google)
You will define internal guidelines and controls to ensure compliant process flows with our managing directors
You will advise our product and project management teams on legal matters

Your Qualifications

You have gained experience, for example, as an IT project manager or medical technician, or have a background in law, legal affairs, or auditing
You have successfully implemented certifications for companies and are well-versed in the associated requirements
You work conscientiously, are detail-oriented, and bring flexibility to the table
You have fluent German and English skills
