Das Team und deine Rolle

Als Certification & Audit Specialist (all genders) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau und der Umsetzung unseres Risikomanagements sowie bei der Vorbereitung und Begleitung strategischer Zertifizierungen. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Technologie-, Produkt- und Projektteam zusammen und trägst dazu bei, unsere internen Prozesse rechtssicher, effizient und zukunftsfähig aufzustellen.

Deine Aufgaben

Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Prüfung interner Kontrollsysteme in operativen und administrativen Prozessen
Identifikation von Kontrolllücken und Risikofeldern – insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit eingesetzten IT-Systemen
Eigenständige Planung und Begleitung strategisch relevanter Zertifizierungen (z. B. MDR, BSI C5, ISO)
Koordination der rechtssicheren Konfiguration kundenseitiger IT-Angebote in Abstimmung mit Technologiepartnern (z. B. Google)
Beratung von Produkt- und Projektmanagement bei regulatorischen und risikorelevanten Fragestellungen

Deine Qualifikationen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Rechtswissenschaften, Betriebs- oder Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
Erste relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise durch Praktika in der Industrie oder in einer Prüfungs- bzw. Beratungsgesellschaft
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Zertifizierungen und fundiertes Verständnis der damit verbundenen regulatorischen Anforderungen
Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für komplexe Sachverhalte
Kreative Lösungsorientierung und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

The Team and Role

As a Certification & Audit Specialist (all genders), you will take a pivotal role in developing and executing our risk management framework and guiding strategic certification initiatives. Working closely with our technology, product, and project teams, you’ll ensure that our internal processes remain compliant, robust, and future-proof — helping us build a trustworthy and secure platform for the healthcare sector.

Your Responsibilities

Analyze operational and administrative processes, assess the internal control environment, and identify control gaps — with a particular focus on IT systems
Independently lead the procurement, planning, and execution of strategic certifications (e.g. MDR, BSI C5, ISO)
Oversee the legally compliant configuration of customer-facing IT offerings in collaboration with technology partners (e.g. Google)
Advise product and project management on regulatory and risk-related topics

Your Qualifications

University degree, ideally in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Audit, or Internal Controls
Relevant experience (including internships) in industry or with a consulting/audit firm
Hands-on experience managing certifications and familiarity with applicable regulatory standards
Structured and detail-oriented work style with the ability to handle complex topics clearly and efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills and a creative, proactive mindset
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in German and English
