Das Team und deine Rolle

Als IT Systemadministrator:in (all genders) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle beim weiteren Aufbau und der Absicherung unserer internen IT-Infrastruktur. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT-Security, User Support und Systemadministration und stellst sicher, dass unsere Teams in einem stabilen, sicheren und modernen Arbeitsumfeld operieren können. Dabei bringst du dein technisches Know-how aktiv in Sicherheitskonzepte, Onboarding-Prozesse und unsere gesamte Systemlandschaft ein.

Deine Aufgaben

Verbesserung der Sicherheit für Linux-, Windows-, Mac- und mobile Geräte
Unterstützung der Benutzer:innen bei Sicherheitsfragen und beim IT-Onboarding
Erste Anlaufstelle für Kolleg:innen bei Hardware-, Software- oder Netzwerkfragen
Entwicklung und Verwaltung von Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen
Überwachung und Optimierung der Systemleistung sowie Kapazitätsplanung
Technische Dokumentation der gesamten IT-Umgebung
Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Sicherheitskonzepten im Rahmen verschiedener Zertifizierungen

Deine Qualifikationen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker:in oder abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerkinfrastruktur und -diensten
Erste Erfahrungen mit Linux-, Apple- und Windows-Systemen sind von Vorteil
Analytisches Denken und strukturierte, präzise Arbeitsweise
Hohe Innovationskraft, Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft, sich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ausgeprägter Teamgeist
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

The Team and Role

As an IT System Administrator (all genders), you’ll take a key role in shaping and securing our internal IT infrastructure. You will operate at the intersection of IT security, system performance, and user support — ensuring that our team operates in a secure, efficient, and modern digital environment. Your work will be crucial in scaling our systems and supporting security requirements across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

Improve security for Linux, Windows, Mac, and mobile devices
Support users on security-related issues and onboarding processes
Serve as the first point of contact for all hardware, software, and network-related questions
Develop and manage backup and recovery solutions
Monitor and optimize system performance and plan for hardware capacity
Create and maintain up-to-date documentation of the IT environment
Actively contribute to the development and implementation of security frameworks for certifications

Your Qualifications

Completed training as an IT specialist or a degree in an IT-related field
Solid understanding of network infrastructure and services
Initial experience with Linux, Apple, and Windows operating systems is a plus
Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a precise, structured work style
High degree of initiative, adaptability, and interest in new technologies
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Fluency in German and English
