About this role

Our mission at Avelios is to build the leading software platform for the data-driven digitization of hospitals and patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals and doctors to provide their patients with the best possible care.

To continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a Working Student Project Management to work closely with our customers and ensure a successful customer relationship throughout the entire customer lifetime.

Your Responsibilities

Support within different customer projects to successfully implement our software at hospitals
Work closely with our sales, product teams and engineering teams to ensure a successful project implementation and continuous customer success  
Assist in managing and documenting projects across the entire lifecycle with a close eye on project results and timelines
Help to continuously improve internal processes & tooling to ensure efficient and successful customer projects
Contribute to visualizing and presenting key performance metrics to customers to build success stories

Your Qualifications

Studies in Business, Medical or Informatics
First experience in project management is a plus 
Ability to support multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders 
Solution-oriented mindset & focus on getting things done
Independent and self-structured way of working
Excellent oral and written communication in both German and English
